Picture getting paid to try out and share your thoughts on brand-new indie games. In this remote blog writing role focused on indie game testing, you will be among the first to discover and analyze titles before they reach mainstream audiences. Your write-ups will give indie creators useful feedback and help players understand what makes these games worth their time.
Roles: You will need to install apps on your phone or tablet and explore every feature they offer. After that, you will write a short review of your experience and list any problems or faults you find.
Requirements: You should have access to at least one of these devices: an iPhone, an iPad, an Android smartphone, or an Android tablet.
Contract length: There is no fixed contract term.
Rate: $35 per hour (this can vary depending on how complex the app is and how much detail the review requires).
Skills/background needed:
- You must have access to a smartphone or tablet and know how to install, open, and use apps.
- You should be able to work on your own without close supervision.
- You need to follow the steps and instructions you are given closely.
- You can be available for at least 5 hours each week.
- You need a reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: Flexible.
