No face-to-face interaction is required, and all communication takes place through written messages, so you can focus on clear and friendly support. We are looking for people who enjoy helping others and can communicate clearly in writing.
Roles: As a live chat agent, your primary responsibility will be to respond to messages on business websites and social media accounts. This includes fielding customer questions, offering sales links, and providing discounts to customers. You will help people find the information they need, resolve concerns, and complete purchases while keeping every conversation positive and professional.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Location: This role is completely remote and available to individuals worldwide, with a preference for those in the US. You can work from anywhere as long as you have the required equipment and a stable connection.
