Roles: As a Live Chat Assistant, your responsibilities will include replying to questions on Facebook and Instagram and handling both support issues from existing customers and sales inquiries from potential customers. You will manage several conversations at the same time while staying calm and enthusiastic, helping ensure that every customer has a positive experience.
Rate: $35 an hour.
Location: This is a remote work position, and candidates located within the US are preferred.
Requirements:
- A phone, tablet, or laptop that can access social media and website chat features.
- The ability to work independently.
- A strong ability to follow detailed instructions carefully.
- Availability of at least five hours each week.
- A reliable internet connection.
Contract Length: There is no fixed term.
Hours per Week: Flexible, from 5 to 40 hours each week.
