What You Will Be Doing:
- Respond to customer support inquiries that arrive through live chat on company websites and social media profiles.
- Assist new and returning customers with both support questions and sales-related requests.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Contract Length: No set duration
Skills/Background Needed:
- A phone, tablet, or laptop that can access social media and website chat features.
- Comfort working on your own and closely following provided instructions.
- At least 10 hours of availability each week.
- A dependable internet connection.
Hours Per Week: 10+ hours
Location: Remote Work; applicants based in the US are preferred.
