As a Virtual Product Tester, you can try out the newest consumer products right from the comfort of your own home. Whether the item is an app, a piece of software, or a game, you will use it, give your feedback, and help make it better. This beginner-friendly role is great for anyone hoping to get started in app testing, offering flexible hours and a chance to make a real difference in how apps are developed.
Roles: You’ll download apps onto your smartphone or tablet and explore every feature they offer. After that, you’ll write a brief review of what you experienced and note any problems or faults you find.
Requirements: You need to have access to at least one of these devices: an iPhone, an iPad, an Android smartphone, or an Android tablet.
Contract length: The contract has no fixed term, so the role remains open-ended.
Rate: $35 per hour, based on how complex the app is and how much detail the review requires.
Skills/background needed:
- You need a smartphone or tablet and should be comfortable installing and using apps.
- Able to work on your own
- Can follow the steps and instructions provided closely
- At least 5 hours of availability each week
- A dependable internet connection
Hours per week: Flexible scheduling is available.
Location: Work from home online (US preferred). We are significantly expanding the number of remote positions for these roles.
